Jazz, rhythm and blues, and rock & roll frequently use the blues form, which is distinguished by the call-and-response structure, the blues scale, and certain chord progressions, the most popular of which is the twelve-bar blues. As a genre, blues is distinguished by its lyrics, bass lines, and musical composition. Early verses of the conventional blues were just one line repeated four times.

Arthur Fellig took this photograph in November 1943, America.

In this picture it is shown that two High Society women attending the opera are confronted by a intoxicated woman. On the left side there are men giving way to the sophisticated women.

The second name Arthur Fellig gave this photograph was The Critic. The 'Fashionable People' was its first name. The image was fully staged, Arthur's helper Louie subsequently said in an interview.

Arthur Fellig had requested Louie to accompany from a bar in Manhattan's neighbourhood to the Metropolitan Opera's season premiere. Louie gave in. The woman was made inebriated before being placed close to the red carpet, where Arthur prepared his camera to capture the photograph shown.

Although Arthur's work was published in several American newspapers and publications, his tactics were occasionally deemed unethical by modern-day journalistic standards.

Answer:

Traditional animation, sometimes referred to as cel animation or hand-drawn animation, is a kind of animation in which each frame of the movie is created by hand. Up until the advent of computer animation, this form of animation dominated the film industry.

Traditional animation typically has 24-29 frames per second and arranges each frame one after the other. With the rigging approach used in modern animation, only the initial and end frames of each sequence need to be created; the rest are produced by a computer program.

Analysis Of “John Brown Going to His Hanging” by Horace Pippin

Answers

Answer:

Because he was shot in the arm, the right one to be precise, Horace Pippin found it very difficult to paint. He was also shot in the shoulder in the 1st World War during a fight. It was almost as if his days of painting was over.

Regardless, somehow Horace Pippins pushed on. His biggest customer was Christian Brinton who had attempted raising funds for him. Another thing he did for Pippin was to advertise him as a brand so that people will take interest in seeing his artwork.

John Brown was born on May 9, 1800, in Torrington, Connecticut.

"John Brown Going to His Hanging" is the story of a man who passionately fought injustice and human oppression. He was raised by his parents to hate slavery. He was also raised on biblical principles. When he turned 50, he decided, having lived all his life helping and associating with slaves, that his prime purpose was to liberate all slaves. He organized a few people along with some of his sons and they went on killing all major pro-slavery persons. In some instances, he spared the wives and kids of those he killed.

He was arrested and indicted for taking part in fights opposing slavery. The incident that nailed him happened in October 1859. There had been an attack. The invasion took place against the Federal Arsenal at Harper's Ferry, Virginia. Brown along with some of those involved were arrested and sentenced to death. He was to be executed by hanging. John Brown's executor was the notorious Colonel - Robert E. Lee. He was the commander of the forces that arrested John.

Brown was executed on December 2, 1859, in Charles Town, Virginia.

Some people are still at a loss of whether to recognize John Brown as a martyr who gave his life trying to free the oppressed or as a manic murderer who just went crazy killing and sparing lives as he deemed fit.

It is also a source of debate about whether or not the John Brown saga, which went on to become a national spectacle ignited the war between North and South America. A war that was going to decide whether or not America should continue or not with the slave trade.

Think about your favorite film. What genre is it? Do you think it is a typical example of that genre, or does it use new or unexpected approaches? What techniques have been used by the director, or the special effects team, in creating the mood of the film?

Answers

(I’m assuming your teacher means movie when they say film)
There are spoilers is you haven’t seen this and have an interest in watching it. This is long incase your teacher is looking for a detailed explanation but you can always paraphrase or summarize what I say if they want shorter.

My favorite movie is the movie Scream. It’s a classic horror genre film and yes, I believe this is a typical example of a horror movie. I think the mood of this film is suspenseful and shocking. Techniques that I think were used to create this mood was the use of luring the viewer into a false sense of security when it came to who the killer actually was. If you’ve seen this then you know the killer was Billy and Stu. This came as a shock to me because both Billy and Stu had moments where they were on screen when the killer was as well. Thus, making you believe that it was neither of them. For me personally, Billy and Stu were my favorite characters so I was shocked to find out that is was the two of them working together(hence how they could be seen with the killer) I think this made the move suspenseful because you could never be sure where it when the killer was going to strike. And when I started to suspect that Billy may have been the killer, it was made to seem like he was proven innocent. There was even a scene where he was “killed” by Ghost-face(that is what the killer is referred to as)So all my theory’s went down the drain. But like I said earlier, Billy and Stu worked together so it was all just a ploy to make you think Billy was innocent all along and he was now dead. But it was incredibly shocking when Billy showed up again and revealed it was all just a trick. All of these things mentioned made the movie very shocking and suspenseful to watch.

I hope this is what you were looking for and can help you.

What art was each of the three kingdoms known for?

Answers

The Silla Kingdom is known for creating the martial arts. Wall painting was a significant Goguryeo art. The Baekje kingdom made a significant artistic contribution with its exquisite landscape paintings on tiles.

What are the 3 ancient kingdoms of Korea?

The Three Kingdoms (c. 57 BCE–668 CE), when the Korean peninsula was controlled by three kings, is the first significant period of Korean art in recorded history. Geographically and culturally, the Kogury kingdom was the farthest north of the three (tradition dates it from 37 BCE to 668 CE). The Kogury kingdom, which was first founded in southern Manchuria, had a way of life that was based on the characteristically austere cultural patterns of northern Asia and developed in an area distinguished by a lack of arable land and a harsh environment. The Paekche kingdom, which is conventionally dated from 18 BCE to 660 CE, was centered in southwest Korea, south of Seoul in modern times. It was at a location that was conducive to absorbing influences from other cultures. Chinese influences were so welcomed and openly incorporated into Paekche art. The Kogury dynasty was responsible for introducing northern Chinese cultural aspects while the navigable East Asian seas were easily able to transport southern Chinese influences. The oldest monarchy was that of Silla, which is typically dated from 57 BCE to 668 CE. Originating in the present-day Kyngju, it gradually spread to encompass the majority of southeast Korea east of the Naktong River. The mountain-secluded triangle that made up the Silla kingdom's original domain, now known as the Kyngsang-puk province, is mentioned occasionally as a possible explanation for the originality and conservatism of its art.
